Dear Cecil and Marianna, 

I owe you both much more than a long over-due testimonial, but don’t know where to start. It seems impossible that it was only last summer that I came across your website. I had heard many things both good and bad about seeking a partner from the former USSR, but I was very intrigued with the idea. But one can only look at pictures so long, so I did just as you instructed and wrote to about 6 of the women from your website. Just as you said, about 10 days or so later I began getting replies. Over the next few months, I got to know some of the most decent, charming, sweet and beautiful women I could imagine. They were all so wonderful that I felt I was wasting time if I could not go and meet them in person. Now, even though I had spoken to Cecil a few times on the phone and felt comfortable with him, I was still a little nervous about sending a check to a man in Texas, flying 7000 miles and getting picked up by a strange man in a strange country. I needn’t have worried at all. There to meet me was Vadim and Sasha, a translator. That evening, they drove me to Chernovtsy and got me settled into a very comfortable apartment. The next day as Vadim and Sveta drove me to the office, I could hardly contain my excitement. For the rest of the day I met the most beautiful, wonderful girls – all of them just like I had imagined from their letters, only better. But Sveta had a surprise for me. There was someone to whom I hadn’t written, but someone she wanted me to meet. This was Luda, and when she walked into the room, I knew I had found more than I was looking for. Forgive me if my memory is a little rose-tinted, but I suppose that’s how it should be for the one you love. Luda is more than I ever could have dreamed of finding when I started looking, and more than I could have wanted when I started dreaming. We’re at home together now. Happy, deeply content and in love.

You will be in excellent hands not only with them, but with their entire staff in Chernovtsy as well.
